Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost

Delivery is included in the price you see. There is nothing extra to pay at checkout.

Delivery times

• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) from Wallington, Surrey.
• We send orders by Royal Mail. Most arrive 2–4 working days after dispatch.
• So most orders arrive within 3–6 working days of being placed.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days, email hello@furawayuk.com and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Returns

You can cancel your order and return it for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.

• Email hello@furawayuk.com with your name and order details to tell us you want to return something.
• Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. We will reply with the return address.
• Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
• You pay the cost of sending the item back, unless it is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

We refund the full price, including the original delivery, to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. You will get an email when the refund is made.

Faulty or damaged items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we will cover any return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
