This policy explains how DRIIP HAIR CARE LTD (trading as FurAway) uses your personal data when you visit furawayuk.com, buy from us or contact us. We are the data controller. Contact: hello@furawayuk.com, 2 Sandmartin Way, Wallington, SM6 7DF, United Kingdom.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, what you bought and your choices (such as roller colour).
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We see that a payment was made and the last four digits of the card, but not your full card details.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or social media.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies on its checkout pages for security and fraud prevention.

Why we use it

• To take payment, deliver your order and handle returns (to perform our contract with you).
• To answer your questions (our legitimate interest in providing customer service).
• To keep records for tax and accounting (legal obligation).

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, our payment provider.
• Royal Mail, to deliver your order.
• Our website and email host, which stores our data in the UK.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax. We delete messages that are not linked to an order after 2 years.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use. Email hello@furawayuk.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
