Ordering

When you pay at checkout you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email or show you your order confirmation. If we cannot supply an item, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK delivery. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and other methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. See Delivery & returns for times.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. See Delivery & returns for how to return an item and get a refund.

Products

We aim to show products accurately. Colours may look slightly different on your screen. Use products as described on the packaging. Dog poo bags are for pet waste only and are not a toy; keep them away from children.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
